No the play style is the issue, you can’t expect to compete in four competitions with a small squad by playing an energy intense high press and not get injuries, not get caught out of position. Lessons weren’t learned from the previous European campaign, we have ball playing defenders so play style could have been varied pre season

I don't think they've lost interest although other business interests occupy them along with us. We are not their only priority which angers some fans. We're talking about a huge business with Newcastle United being just one in their portfolio.

the mess after isak left was all down to Eddy Howe with his buying ability his outright stubbiness when picking first team players and tactics they just sinnfull
