These Publisher Terms govern your access to and use of TalkingPoints as a publisher partner as well as the rights you assign to TalkingPoints for the use of your content. By submitting this form and ticking Agree, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation. You are granting TalkingPoints a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to distribute your content via the platform subject to compliance with these terms. You retain full ownership of your content and all traffic driven by TalkingPoints remains yours. TalkingPoints does not place advertising on your content without prior agreement. You agree not to use the platform to distribute content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of third-party rights.
