Loan these "potentials" out to Championship or Europe. Give them 1-2 years of first team experience. If still not good enough, sell them with a buyback and percentage on sale. For those who are very near first team, let them play the last 10-15mins if we are leading comfotably

Appearances off the bench and U21 starts, either that or a good loan in the EFL.

Every academy player has the same challenge going into the new season. It's all about dedication. Don't expect great rewards without putting in the hard yards in the off season!
