Where will Jim Thwaites be in 12 months?
He's got all the tools to excel in the Manchester United first-team...

Loan these "potentials" out to Championship or Europe. Give them 1-2 years of first team experience. If still not good enough, sell them with a buyback and percentage on sale. For those who are very near first team, let them play the last 10-15mins if we are leading comfotably

Why is everybody so negative with Colllyer. I thought he did good last season. Needs more first team experience

Appearances off the bench and U21 starts, either that or a good loan in the EFL.

Loaning him to someone like Leicester would be good. Give him a chance in a side that will be favourites in their league. Regular minutes and see how he handles the spotlight in that sense. Then bring him back and integrate him the following year

I reckon he will be close to the first team in a years time, being slowly integrated and not rushed in. Probably get his debut next season and could be used for league cup competitions.

He will be a first team member this season and deserves a chance to prove himself

I hope he gets minutes vs Forest, he’s the kind of player that will excel in the PL

between U21 football and playing in the cups and odd league games for United... effectively fourth choice in midfield
