Which player does Jim Thwaites remind you of?

Do you think he will make it in the first team at Man Utd?

Every academy player has the same challenge going into the new season. It's all about dedication. Don't expect great rewards without putting in the hard yards in the off season!

Have watched him quite a bit and truly believe he is going to be a top class footballer for club and Country.

The growth he's shown is IMMENSE. He used to be just a set-piece specialist for highlight reels but over the last year, he's added long passing, dribbling, and most importantly, combativeness off the ball. He's ready for a first-team chance.

I think he deserves a chance to prove his self in the first team

David Beckham

If hes that good play him as playing at higher level will make him better. If good enough hes old enough.

Probably more like Carrick with a touch of Beckham. Well done Amorim for commenting on the absolute obvious of his talent while being unable to see the value in Mainoo.

Maybe CR7, let's see how it goes. Man Utd all the way.

Set-pieces of David Beckham but he's nothing like him as a player. Gives me serious Xavi/Iniesta vibes in central midfield, the most Spanish midfielder the league has seen since Fabregas!

He reminds me of David Beckham.

The way he hits free-kicks is so Beckham-esque!

Beckham but better his overall game is much more intelligent, needs to build a bit more muscle then a great player in the making

I hope you’re right!

I'd absolutely take "Beckham but more intelligent"! Fingers crossed he makes it here. Such a joy to watch. Has to be given a fair shot next pre-season
