The two Old Firms will surely be a good indicator as to what the quality of this team is and whether or not the players are actually buying into what he’s demanding. Winning the last two games should be a formality

Did Walter not get us to semi final of Champions league 1992, where we were cheated by Marseille??

pranav.shahaney30d ago

Well they’ve now ended up with 14 new signings. What do you make of the window as a whole?

dakir.thanveer36d ago

Unfortunately, I don't see another defender coming in this summer. It's going to be Kesly, a right winger (Cerny/Cozier-Duberry) and another cheaper striker (Lenny Joseph/Ibrahima Balde). Maybe a surprise midfielder if Raskin and Barron leave for big fees

pranav.shahaney38d ago

I think he'll be given September without having any talks with the owners. However, if things don't improve by October, he could be under tremendous sack pressure

Sadly time cant be considered at a team like rangers, especially as we've had the luck of getting 2 goes at european competitions and failed miserably, but also lost ground in the league already. St mirren cup game is only match under mcinnes so far ive seen any desire, let alone look like even scoring. Not mcinness's fault either tho. Whole team dont care.

I think the game at the weekend will answer your question.

pranav.shahaney39d ago

What has McInnes got wrong so far, according to you?

pranav.shahaney17d ago

What would you say about this now?

pranav.shahaney39d ago

I agree. What Rangers fans hate is managers not taking accountability. Be honest and tell them what it is. It takes a while to get so many new players to sing from the same hymn sheet

petelamo195739d ago

The problem is we are going through to many managers who want to bring in their own players and style of play, I would like to give him time to sort things out and hopefully stabilise things...

dakir.thanveer39d ago

I think we can afford a bit more patience with Del! Up to 15 signings, that's a huge overhaul. Takes time to find the right XI!

I agree. I think McInnes will settle on an established XI by the end of the window. But imperative we qualify in Europe

ajack6340d ago

There not one that I would say has quality.

dakir.thanveer42d ago

I don't think anyone expected to have 12-15 players in through the doors this summer. It's a big overhaul, need to be patient. Looking forward to see how McInnes shapes this squad moving forward!

Will he play that system with this SQUAD tho!

dakir.thanveer68d ago

I'd like to see, but I don't think Del is going to switch his style so early on. Maybe a few months down the line

Nonsense it's like a racehorse is off a 1st class derby winner and ends up in class 4 race. Lewis ain't good enough. Just wish guys would take their blinkers off. Go for Devlin 100%

I agree. The biggest selling point for Ferguson is that he can just come in and become the captain straightaway

I'll be the "wet wipe" you're talking about. Being Rangers, no longer means we can afford whoever we want! Where have you been, for the past 15 years genius!? Pull yer heid oot yer erse, and join the rest of us, in the real world! Until we sell, Raskin or Chermiti, for the money being talked about, it's just NOT happening.

This summer, I reckon we can. Not too long ago, he was fielding 20m+ bids, so it is understandable why some are sceptical. But the truth is his stocks have fallen

Totally agree I would splash the cash on Braga.

dakir.thanveer105d ago

Damn! I wouldn't want to be Hearts fan if that was the case! I'm assuming you'd go for Braga, if you had to pick one then?
