Rangers vs Celtic

I am really pleased that the players are gelling, another great performance, but Rangers should have one by three or four goals, that is my only concern, we need to put the ball in the net, Naderi should have had a hatrick.

Makhanya Looking like the real deal, great buy, looks comfortable with the ball at his feet, sterling was a class act though won everything and bullied Celtic.. yaaaaass WATP! 🇬🇧

I think Martin should step down, he's 74 now with some recent health concerns, certainly doesn't need the money, and Derek now has the upper hand to go on and win at least the league.

My reaction to our huge win is simply this, 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

ajack126196312d ago

The second half looked like a training ground practise match, Rangers were in total control.

Shaky at times. Fernandez needs to keep calm..avoid mistakes and they'll open up for a mistake soon

ajack126196312d ago

I know that everyone will disagree, but he needs to Miovski game time, along with the other new midfielder, because for sure raskin will be gone in January.

Has the team finally gelled? They certainly seem to have upped there game 10 fold. What changes would you make guys and gals ?

I thought Naderi’s ankle ‘was a mess’? Deek piling pressure on the officials is no surprise

donaghcorby199715d ago

Has to be aggressive and pressurizing from the whistle. Celtic players will be nervous and an early goal could frighten them.

Concerned about Naderi being a question mark. Know a lot of people don't fancy him, but I think he's been important to McInnes' setup this season

jammy1ne16d ago

If we play with the same tempo as last time and press high they will have no answers they are weak in the middle and weak in defence , up front they only want to play when they have the ball . Beaton is a concern though he will always take the easier option which usually favours them ,

Predicting 2-0 for the Gers! 😎 Clean sheet streak intact

I think Kelsy will get one. His confidence is up now

I’m predicting a 2-1 win for Rangers. Celtic’s loss on Thursday will only add to their woes ahead of the derby

ajack126196315d ago

I heard Naderi has an ankle injury.

Keep the same team. Confidence is building. I can feel something happening with this squad.

jammy1ne17d ago

We need to be good enough to overcome any dodgy decisions , I would be delighted with a win, happy with a draw , the last old firm games at ibrox and I think we can easily make up the 5 pts as the season progresses ,

I would keep the same team. Atleast until half time an see how it goes. Derek on the other hand will be expecting septic to come out faster an stronger. So he will have a more pragmatic approach. Either way we're gonna smash them 💪 up the gers!!

pranav.shahaney18d ago

The only change I could see is Godfrey coming on for Fernandez. Apart from that, the rest of the team picks itself. Although I would like Bouanani in the side too. Was the MOTM on his debut for me

Stick with a winning team! Neil and Raskin have proven themselves to be the best midfield partnership, while Kelsy and Naderi have that physicality which comes in so handy in games like this

Dan Neil, brilliant, and not one failure in a Derek well organised side. Same again on Sunday will be more than enough.

Minsu gives 100% but looks lacking in technical ability 1st three corners never beat the 1st man , when the team gets up the park and wins corner the least u expect is a ball that reaches into the box , penrice corners were class , he should be taking all corners and free kicks.

I think Fernandez should be higher for simply responding to all the noise in such a big game. Fair play to him, even if he's not perfect
