How should Derek McInnes utilise Bailey Rice at Rangers next season?

The midfielder has signed a contract extension! 🔥

Hard to say as he missed so much of last season through injury. He needs to be in and around the XI though. Make him a regular in the squad, give him a few cameos early on and see how he gets on

I think Del has a look at him during pre-season then green lights a loan move. Works for all parties

Best thing to do imo. McInnes has been impeccable with his man management and I’m sure he can get the best out of Rice

If they want to keep him give regular time in the team

I reckon he’s not ready to be a regular start. Might be a good option off the bench
