This move has been a big wake up call for Derek McInnes. He has achieved relatively mediocre success at the few lower rated Scotting clubs and always had his eye on the Big Prize, however it has now become apparent that his level was peaked at Hearts and Rangers are Too Big for him.. His (Keir Sarmer style) post match post mortems are dire.
