What must Derek McInnes change in order to win the Scottish Premiership and a domestic treble this season?

To win the title mcinnes needs to make sure all the players know nothing is won yet keep there head focused what there doing work on a game at a time. Celtic are still favouites. Long long way go!

More of the same! He’s instilled such a sense of spirit in these players now. Also needs to make sure they don’t lose belief after defeats

Play just the same as both Celtic games without changing much and they could go through the season unbeaten. However, Fernandez is still a bit jittery.

The foundation is now set in place. Imperative that they kick on now. The attack is yet to gel fully. Minsu, Kelsy, etc are yet to find their feet, which will happen in due time. McInnes just needs to platform those players accordingly

Just need to be much more ruthless in the 90% of games Rangers should be winning comfortably I think. Plenty of poor Gers sides over the years have managed to raise their game against them lot. It’s about being consistently ruthless

Just keep doing what he’s been doing recently. Slow start but finding their form now. Well on their way

It’ll be interesting to see what his attacking setup is like against teams that sit back. Hopefully more work is done on that in the next few weeks
