We can't keep sacking managers as, one, it's expensive to keep sacking them and two, we need to get some stability in the club plus a new manager has a clear out and brings in his own well maybe and again it's all expense. Instead of getting rid of the manager get rid of the recruitment team...

The only thing he’s got going for him is he knows the Scottish league in said out but in saying that he’s only won one trophy in 20 years that not a good track record is it am not a fan of him but will have to give him a bit of time as we can’t keep changing managers and considering the money rangers have spent in the last 5 seasons we can’t keep doing that

I think he's out his depth by miles due to how the club is being run and how much say he has in everything. Its no wonder Gerrard turned us down. Clubs in turmoil and run by idiots. Cavenagh has plenty to answer for. This ownership is a complete failure.
