If we had stuck with Amorim we could of been in the same place where West ham had end -up, why because he was being stubbon sticking to his 3-4-3 formation without the players to execute it therefore there was one place we would of endup without champions leauge football fighting relegation.

OK with how football is going now which formation is most popular you can give I thing for me you don't understand the formation very well it a attacking formation that give players to run for me united players are lazy except for Fernandez and Martinez, DE light all except them are lazy I thing that why he not being back we see their performance at ucl
Shea Lacey given up until January with the first team and then ??

I think he chose to stay silent to give Carrick& United a chance to finish their season without the medias Amorim focus and the same goes for the Portugese national team hence breaking his silence now.I dont agree he should have apologised earlier It may have been too soon for him to step up &, wore his heart too often but on this subject he was proffesional

United sold Garnacho to Chelsea or does work both ways 😉

What is your response to Ruben Amorim's apology?
Ruben Amorim has finally addressed Manchester United fans, six months after his sacking
jekoyemiayo2537d ago
I think he right but he doesn't have the right to insult the club and the fan he has a say about the board not backing him enough
stephenkeniry740d ago
Too little too late. His inexperienced decisions damaged Manchester United in many ways. Didn't appreciate the true integrity of Manchester United

the ‘CLUB’ section on this website still has Amorim as manager !
Man u should not sell anyone too cheaply Amorim is a bit of a clown anyway look how he treated Kobbie if Rashfords back get a proper goalscorer It would make such a difference . And Ineos should not be penny pinching on the playing staff if they have. real ambitions regarding trophies now they are in the Champions league WIN IT.

He won't see the end of next season as manager

WHO ?
dancoombs107d ago
Probably worth sticking some money on that

They last time they had a straight-talking Portuguese coach - Sergio Conceicao - it lasted about 4 months haha

Apparently, the 3 at the back formation is in operation at AC Milan. That already should be music to RA's ears, and he has to find his right players for the system to work effectively. I'm convinced he has the know-how to make it work. I'm sure, he's going to do well.

Slow, boring football. Perfect for Ruben 🤣he’s going to succeed and we’ll hear that we shouldn’t have sacked him

AC Milan are in trouble if they get Amorim. He is a very bad coach and wont help AC
dantowen81951109d ago
I can’t even root for him 😂I never took to the guy at all. Didn’t like his attitude

I think his formation suits Ac Milan's squad . He'll be fine there...

I give him a year and a half unless his "formation" suprisely works in Italy but doubt it. At least he will be of our wage bill what is good for Man U

United could save around £10 million in compensation

Ruben Amorim has been hired by AC Milan: How do you think he will fare?

I actually think he’ll do really well. AC Milan have ripped up their plans and are starting a fresh project, and I think that suits Amorim. Just depends if he gets on with the board 👀
dancoombs112d ago
Erik ten Hag didn’t last a month at Leverkusen. He can’t do any worse than that surely?

Ryan Giggs says Ruben Amorim deserves more credit for his Manchester United spell - Do you agree?
knightofgreen3551d ago
Amorin to me seemed a weak manager always squatting on the touchline and didn't look as he knew what to do in a crisis during a match. Didn't seem to act like a father figure either, therefore not scose to the players.
pdoughty14452d ago
No i dont think so
clifton.rowe24763d ago
United was toxic under Amorim, Making players looking bad and under value and worthless in our club, Carrick has come along and repaired the damage amorim had done now from players to fans we can all see the value in micheal carrick and his teams work in pushing us forword long may it continue.

Are you ANNOYED that Ruben Amorim never sent a message to the fans after being sacked?
Ruben Amorim is waiting until the end of the season to address his Man United sacking...
zeke.wolf42201d ago
I can't see any value in anything he might say. He's been exposed as a charlatan, and one who forced good players out and nearly forced Mainoo out too. He should have been sacked a long time before, at the end of last season when it was clear he was out of his depth, but the hope/expectations was that with time he'd adapt. I'm just glad he's gone

We supported him and his project. But he never understood OT, so good bye and I hope the door didn't hit ya were the good lord split ya. Carrick is home and instilling MU in to every player and you can see the spirit of 58 and the Busby Babes in every game now. It feels like 99 and we will never lose again.

Man Utd will have been in position 19 now if it Ruben Amorim is still in man united club

Should Ruben Amorim have been FIRED right after the Europa League Final defeat?

His "Good days are coming" sold the fanbase dreams. A master communicator oozing charisma who fooled everyone.
And latter get a good coach like tuchel
michael23742228d ago
Tuchel is not the personalty type for MU. Michael Carrick is

jayrais242d ago
No thank you. Carrick is the right person for the job.

United need a reliable right winger like diomande of lipzeg and a good creative midfielder like Adam wharton of crystal palace and good defensive midfielder like calos baleba of Brighton this is the ultimate signing to Bring United back to there glory days
bigjohno1985216d ago
She lacey and amad will own the right wing for the next decade as for Wharton did you see last nights game. Mainoo and Casemiro had him quiet with very little work
We need a tactical coach, prefer crystal palace coach
jayrais242d ago
Tuchel will say im a manager not a coach... no, Carrick is the right man for the job

Glasner is ideal coach
That Wilcox seems to be flexing muscles a bit much. He needs to be censured

No manager can actually fix United entirely at this point. Maybe it's time to revamp the entire club from top to bottom.
cjllmota3270d ago
The only thing that can fix MU its glazers selling the club and Ratcliffe also getting out and coming someone that really want MU better not owners that want make money with the club

I saw a take online that United should get someone like Roy Keane on board. He had a decent time with Sunderland. More than tactical prowess, it looks like his attitude might be what United needs right now.
michael23742228d ago
Roy Keane has a very comfortable job criticizing all and sundry and a spot on Gary Nevilles Podcast doubt he would want to get back in the grind of management and he was hardly a success
His stubbornness meant he closed his mind to suggestions that might have helped. He seemed to think he would would look weak, if he altered his 'system'. Shame, because some things were looking up.
mdrizvii07270d ago
Agreed. He wasn’t doing horrible. It was always going to take some time. But no manager should just go on a public rant against his own club.
Management plse why don't you consider the work of febregas at como to be among the contenders ov the vacant coach post
dancoombs269d ago
Fabregas is a very interesting contender BUT I cannot support the idea of appointing the guy who threw a pizza at Fergie
♥ 1
At least we should have this kind of platform before the coach is fired so we can get the chance to tell him if he is right or wrng
dancoombs269d ago
The problem is Amorim would not listen to anyone
His formation is very poor 352 we are not in italy

Amorim has a record as the worst manager I've ever seen in man United, he's the only one who led the team to bottom quarter, he expelled good players he found some of who are highly talented but keeps on losing points. Let him go , he ought to have gone earlier.

Be fair to Amorin. He didn't want to come mid season, but was forced. He inherited a rubbish squad, some of which were prima donna's that he got rid of, thank god. On top of that, he wasn't backed by the Glazers and Ineos aka a bunch of workers! Sorry misspelt that
zeke.wolf42271d ago
The squad isn't rubbish at all, but it absolutely didn't suit his approach. It was a terrible appointment done on vibes, as it required massive recruitment that we can't afford. Meanwhile we have good youth he refused to explore
dancoombs271d ago
😉 I hear you
Sacking amore is not the solution of Man United as a Chelsea fans I know Man United to be a very big club who has lost the shape they used to be maybe five to ten years ago so it's gonna need a lot of time and seasons to build up that team
zeke.wolf42271d ago
Chelsea have been successful with this approach. If a manager isn't working out, change them. That's the name of the game
