Dream manager?

Doesn't look like it's going to happen...

Would you accept Liverpool playing like Arsenal if it meant winning the Premier League next season?
Arteta-ball isn't easy on the eye, despite what he might claim 👀

Arteta is going to wake up soon and that will be the end of him.....

I'd play like Burnley for the title

I think probably yes for a season, but not as a regular style of play. Will be interesting to see how Arsenal fans react to it now that they’ve finally got over the line
Arne Slot needs to go as Liverpool have looked rudderless at large parts of this poor season. We need to have a new Manager in place for the start of next season. As I have said I would love Luis Enrique to replace Arne Slot if this is possible.

Enrique would be a huge upgrade. Do you think he leaves PSG if they win the CL again?

With Arne Slot expected to stay, will Liverpool challenge for the Premier League next season?
Or will it be another difficult campaign? 😬

Changing up the back room staff reminds me of when man united brought in a few new faces to support Ten Hag and then sacked him a few months later - delaying the inevitable

What about this past season would lead anyone to believe that this group of players with this manager are going to challenge for any trophies?!? They only play hard for 15-25 minutes a match, don't bother fighting to win the ball back, defensively soft and cannot keep possession against quality sides. I think we finish between 5th to 8th next season.
I think we will finish 5th hopefully beating the scum that Manchester United is away, I think we will beat Fulham on Saturday then Everton away, it's a pity stevie g is not appointed as interim manager he would get a tune out of the players, slot has to go and take gapko with him

No chance we beat United or Everton, perhaps not even Fulham. We are proper dire

How many points do you think Liverpool will finish with this season?
It's going to be a LOT less than last year 😬

Liverpool have been poor this season but Chelsea have been worse. I back Liverpool to finish 5th and get the final Champions League spot.

Just enough to qualify for CL I'd say

We might not even hit 60 looking at the difficulty of games. I reckon 57-58 is realistic. Just not good enough

UCL Race: Will Man Utd, Chelsea, or Villa finish ahead of Liverpool?
stephenclark932154d ago
Man United are playing well and I believe that they will finish third and Liverpool fourth.
aaronmcfairlane202d ago
How many opportunities have we thrown away with abject football sadly slot doesn't have the bite to get players motivated
james.brooke217d ago
United look good for it right now and the lack of any cup involvement should make then favourites. Still think could finish third, but fourth more likely ahead of Chelsea and Villa

Discuss: Liverpool sacking Aaron Briggs saved their season
They've been SO much better since he left...

Not A Record I think I would Never see again. I Think it's time for Slopp to pack his Cloggs up and go back home, the Premier League is Too Strong a League for him to handle, You Tried, But failed Miserably, Off You pop Slopp.

Sacking briggs in my opinion doesn't change the lack lustre play im watching
peter.lynch217d ago
Unbelievable change, we're so dangerous from corners now, but don't see how it took so long to figure out!

Discuss: Sacking Aaron Briggs has saved Liverpool's season
james.brooke218d ago
Whatever went on behind the scenes has clearly had a massive impact. Maybe unfair to pin that all on Briggs, but the difference is absolutely stark. Had we been doing this all season we'd be higher up the league no doubt about it
