I’m not sure Arsenal would even get a title if this happened 👀 just because of the years they have been investigated for. However, Arsenal could easily argue they wouldn’t have won any recent titles without having cheated years earlier

The world moved at a different pace when wenger was around which allowed people to build a mystique. Arteta can’t get there, even though objectively this Arsenal team is probably better than his invincibles or any of his best sides.

Proper worker and loved the club more than anyone 🫡 Represented the first sign of light for the future, even before Saka + ESR really came on the scene. For his own sake he needed to move on - we don’t suit him anymore. Still believe he could score loads of goals in the right setup, and it’s sad he won’t be doing that in Europe

Arsenal are not 'massively' stronger than when they entered the window. Sure, they have more bodies in defence and midfield to help with the demands of fighting for the PL and UCL titles, but not having a world-class left-winger could be a big problem.

Quite glad tbh. Bringing in two LWs only for your best option to still be Eze, who couldn’t even start over Martinelli or Trossard. Would’ve been really underwhelming, but maybe better than nothing tho?
