Martin is my favourite Celtic manager of all time, but he is too protective of this board. He should have the balls to call them out. Celtic are being run as a business first and a football club second. As long as the turnover is positive they are happy even if the team is crap. They are NOT football men they are business men.

MO’N is an intelligent manager, he will use his powers of persuasion to make sure the Board have a similar opinion as he has . He also knows that ambitious managers are never fully satisfied but knows Board will give him what he really needs. I won’t embarrass anyone by naming him.Season tickets holders are important fans&that is one of key judgement on Board success. Betting in dollars or ranting by fans who maybe are those who MO’N reckons need their heads examined, doesn’t matter much in long run. ,He should have insisted on having his full team with him complete with pay rise for the job they've done before agreeing. This penny pinching and missing out on players is an annual event with Celtic and it won't change until there is major investment and a complete takeover. As long as Desmond and his cronies are in charge nothing with change.

He should definitely be in the starting XI, to be completely bombed out has me thinking that he must have a contract clause that would become active if he plays a certain amount of league matches. This seems like the kind of contract our marvellous CEO would greenlight. Whatever the case I think he's the best striker at the club and needs to be playing!
