I think mon should be asked now if he wants to be manager next season and if he says yes that will give him plenty of time to build the team he needs to be successful in the league and Europe, we need to get thru the champion league to be a great team

yes, I think and hope he will. I think Martin O'Neill is wanting to stay but is very interested in what the board have to say first before deciding. Hopefully their ambitions will match his and he does stay on

Honestly anything else is a step backwards. That's just because he's won the double (would've most likely been the treble if he'd been given the extra week🙈) what would be the benefit of looking elsewhere? He's free, knows the situation, and let's face it, if he doesn't want the job he's old and wise enough to say so...but he should be asked

I know M o’N for almost 60yrs . He with an awful lot of help from his coaches & small squad of fit players worked semi - miracles. However my lifelong experience of MO’N is that he won’t repeat his success this coming season . Put him on the Board or give him a club ambassador’s role but don’t expect a year’s hard work from him
