I'm fed up hearing people say Dermot Desmond has "put" money into Celtic as this is not actually true. Dermot Desmond bought a large amount of shares in Celtic, just like you do with any other company. This money doesn't go to Celtic but to the other people who sold shares. I can buy shares anytime and my money would not benefit Celtic FC but go the seller

Hes a parasite, leeching of Celtic. How can you fail to sign a player that had a one year extention written into his contract? Thats amateur hour. He was sussed last summer, hes inept, useless and completely out his depth. I wouldnt want him doing a job for an SPFL 2 side, never mind a team pushing for champions league qualification. No thier biggest fan but there's no doutb they create a unique atmosphere get the noise going sometimes act as a 12th man. The stadium has pockets where they sing loudly and passionately but im sad to say cant really be heard and the rest of the stadium is dead in comparison to when I was growing up in the 90s and 2000s. Bring them back!

A football board should be full of football minded people, with one or 2 “bean counters” who are there to reign in the worst impulses from the football minded. We have the opposite, a board full of bean counters who treat the balance sheet as a trophy. No one’s asking them to run the club into the ground but there’s also no need for £70mill in the bank.
