Martin O'Neill STAYS! Thoughts on the decision?

mrcrobo603mo ago

The Board will get him in a few cripples on loan and a bunch of cradle snatched projects and expect him to go out and win a treble and do well in Europe and if he doesn't plot against him and throw him under the nearest bus and blame him , same old same as .

I am happy MON has the job but it makes the board look weak giving in to the GB

Not just Good News but the best news we were all waiting for. Now that we have the best manager in the world lets go for the Champions league and then not just the double but the Treble this season. Listen all the luck in the world Martin [ stay for five more years, your never too old ] and God Bless.

Excellent appointment, hopefully a plan is put in place for next summer so that there isn’t a big panic when O’Neill announced he’s he is going again!

Said since last season Dundee United were the opposition and wee scudded them 4/0 and then I said pity he had left or we could get the treble again and I said sir MON is the best person ever for the Celtic warriors and family hail hail

The best outcome for Celtic.

ericarfa19674mo ago

Had to stick with oneill as no one else wanted the job. What an organisation, run by dummies

Seems like the right decision to me. Deserves the job after turning around Celtic's terrible start to last season.

Now back the man Celtic Board

olafhd4mo ago

Been saying this since before Nancy was hired, it not a difficult decision by the board. He won the double so why wouldn't that be enough to give him the job? Everyone goes on a about younger managers, very few of them are as successful as their CV show, MON has bags of experience and a recent double in the trophy cabinet.

No....were getting carried away....another irish manager who they know won't protest too much when we dont spend money...ffs..

gerardlyall14mo ago

dantowen819514mo ago

I have my concerns but the lack of outstanding candidates means it’s probably the right call

patlucas18884mo ago

Only man for the job if it's true I hope so HH
