Still 50/50 on this; a) whether it could happen and b) whether I think should
gramorris33d ago
I’ll say one thing and one thing only, in some sort of defence. Last season we were crying out for pace. They’ve added pace, would’ve been more with Balogun, but if they double up on Jack I would hope pace on the other side might be able to help
bgraneek33d ago
Well it did happen but he'll be well marked because our opponents wont have illi to worry.about.
There's nothing to even think about bring him back 100% his performances and points gained will pay for his fee in the long run
brogan159d ago
Think for a club that wants to creep into the European spots he's priceless

He's not going to get injured lots because pace isn't his game, we need the guile and tricks and ball possession skills he has
dusters2154d ago
I Dissagree last season alone he was a marked man because of his talent so he would be more prone to injuries should he turn it on.

His experience alone is probably worth millions,,, his shirt sales would probably be one of our highest ... his profile and possibly pulling power of new signing would be if some value and then there's the fact that he still isn't too shabby of a player either ...... just get it done....

Its not just his signing fee its the high wage he demands, no thanks!
ajmiller17th186d ago
He said he prepared to take pay cut to stay at Everton

At 31 years og age he will be more prone to i jury £20 million tops with a wage reduction
brogan214d ago
I agree with you mate. Around £25m if where I would cap it

What should Everton be willing to pay to bring back Grealish over the summer? 💰
kevinmcbride64835d ago
Leave Jack At Man city ..we have a good team ...
joefarndon5136d ago
1000000
diydadx6048d ago
At his age and with his contract in its last year city should be gift wrapping him and sending him on his way. His age recent injury and alledged wages, he is a free
Sign jack put offer in for £20m City will take it they don't want him back take it or leave it
ajmiller17th186d ago
Aston Villa could easily out bid us for him on that
brogan234d ago
They really aren't in a position to negotiate, are they? Can't see many other clubs being willing to stump up decent wages for him either
I think his numbers look good on paper: 2 goals and 6 assists. I would have liked to have seen a few more goals from him tho, but solid on the whole and would like to see him back
neilpurcell3149d ago
Takes us down a blind alley, slow and predictable.
Ndiaye plays better there and seems to score more goals
dusters21174d ago
Ndiaye has age on his side & still building his Qualities whereas Grealish has done it & will probably be a part timer soon.

Ndiaye has contributed to 6 goals in the league vs Jacks 8. yeh he was away for a few weeks but Grealish has been out for a bit as well now

With Jack Grealish done for the season, let us know your verdict on his campaign! 🤔
He provided six assists and two goals in the Premier League 👏

EVERTON SIGNING JACK GREALISH
richiekodak7986d ago
I am sick to death of Everton going after, 30 plus players some of these are getting past there best, We're is the Ambition of this club.
tomjgraham130d ago
He changed the format and gave us more options. If Moyse stays we need him as Moyse is reluctant to change. He won’t have to with Jack in the team.

Who would you play at left wing in place of the injured Jack Grealish? 🤔
The winger is reportedly facing THREE months out - do Everton need to sign a replacement?
anthonymanley1956250d ago
Illi on the left right side anyone but mcneil i wud give him away if anyone wants him
anthonymanley1956256d ago
Ndiaye has got to go there the right side is a bit of a problem im not a mcneil fan but wud give him the nod
montycora256d ago
Ili, that's were he was playing prior to us getting Jack. Then play and stick with Dibling or sign someone like Harry Wilson, we can't be relying on McNearly 🤦♂️

Finish the sentence: Next season, Jack Grealish will be playing for...
Why would Grealish even want to return to Man City? 🤣

Everton

I'm not bothered if Jack never scores another goal in his life!! As long as he lays on the pass that enables two or three other players to hit the back of the net every game, then I wouldn't have a problem. All these people shouting about how Jack must score more goals are short sighted. I'm sure Mr Moyse would be happy to lay out £50M on that basis!!

kevink40281d ago
Recent games, no hoals, or assidsts? His output, doesnt justify the reported 50m for a 30 year old. I cant see us signing him, unless output improves.

With two to his name so far, how many goals would make a good season for Jack Grealish? 👊
ajmiller17th209d ago
Assists are good for me, just provide those perfect balls for others to net with little trouble
colinjoyce3256d ago
If he never scores another goal, but lays on two or three every game for other players, then he he is worth his weight in gold. This is a team game. What matters is how many times during a game that the ball hits the back of the net. The name is irrelevant!!
kevink40261d ago
Grealish has bever been a prolific goalscorer, but he does need to create more chances. He isnt accountable for our strikers inability to finish. He had , for me, two challenges , his age and cost. We arent going to offer him a 3 year deal.

If you were Dan Friedkin, how much would you be willing to pay Man City for Jack Grealish? 💰
crysmeth247d ago
I don't get it why this 6 assists is such a big deal. 4 assist in his first 2 games, and 2 more in his next 20. Hardly worth a mention tbh. He's a great protector of the ball no doubt but he slows the game too much.
kevink40281d ago
Cost, depends on his output. Assists, or goals. At the moment, he isnt worth 50m for a 30 year old. 20m maybe, spend the rest on a striket
malcolm.21285d ago
Zero assists isn't right, it's 4 right! Get your facts right, ha-ha-ha 😄💙⚽🧑🎄

Very impressed the way he's gone about his business he's definitely a ethertonian now we love him and we want him to stay and be a legend with Everton
brogan299d ago
Needs to keep up the good form whilst Ndiaye is away fro AFCON!

Is there really no way back for Jack Grealish at Man City? 🤷♂️
brogan302d ago
No chance he'll want to go back to City and not play again
♥ 1

What should Everton fans expect from Grealish when Iliman Ndiaye leaves for AFCON? 👊
brogan303d ago
He's made a great start at Ev but just want a bit more consistency in front of goal
♥ 1
Just think that jack needs to be a bit more selfish
brogan303d ago
Even his own dad has told him to shoot more
♥ 1

What more does Grealish need to show to earn a permanent stay at Everton? 🤔
pranav.shahaney299d ago
In my eyes, he's done everything he can. Moyes is clearly getting the best out of him.

williamsdave959303d ago
Think that Jack needs to have Moore attempts on goal just be a bit more selfish

Winning fouls is great, but I really hope he doesn't get injured by one of them 😫

Say it quietly... Jack Grealish is quickly becoming a bigger fan favourite than Richarlison ever was 🤩
brogan304d ago
10x the player Richy ever was too

Isn't he everyone's favourite at Everton?

Thomas Tuchel finally recognises James Garner and Jack Grealish after Everton's win over Man United
pranav.shahaney299d ago
Garner should be given a call-up during the next international break.
