How would you rate The Friedkin Group's first year at Everton? 👏

paulmhanby20h ago

Friedkins gave us stablity when we really needed it ! They are however an equivalent of a vulture and will only be interested in the bottom line…money !

tom.procter5h ago

A relief to see they want a full sale. Hopefully whoever buys Everton now will make the club the top priority it deserves to be

williamsdave9592mo ago

Would not pay it at the end of the day Burnley would have got relegated whether had over spent or they hadn't over spent they were rubbish

efcmarko183mo ago

There's 0 loyalty in footy these days its about the only thing that speaks every language on earth MONEY nothin else.

excellent owners so far, reduced the debt, new stadium, more than happy. Seems reasonable price rise for season tickets - only up from 5 to under 10%, had to happen, if you want Everton to compete at higher level, it costs more money.

brogan6mo ago

I think the argument against the ticket price rise is that the club are now generating new levels of revenue, yet the fans are being asked for more. Appreciate we *could* have European football on offer, but no guarantee just yet

kchristian18786mo ago

They havd bern great.. my issue with agents.... if i buy a property... I use and pay the agent.. agents representing players... so should agents fees be paid by the player.. ?????

origiskaus5mo ago

Agents are leeches as far as I'm concerned.

davemount176mo ago

They seem commited would maybe like them to attend some games. UTFT

brogan6mo ago

Yeah I don't know why he hasn't. It's not the end of the world, but he's regularly at Roma...

paul.greeney19756mo ago

Let's hope the freidkins have sorted the situation of competing in European games both roma and everton of course with uefa 🤞🤞

brogan6mo ago

You can only hope. There will be some uproar if they haven't after seeing the mess at Palace last summer

kmm.mace6mo ago

I don't really mind if they are at games or not. If the choice is, have an owner there every week that tries to run the club, pick players to buy etc, like Forest, give me owners who take a back seat & let proper footy people, who know better run the playing / recruitment side of things. If they are better at business & making money for the club, great!

mark.marston6mo ago

Spot on 👏

davibush6mo ago

Excellent. Real business people . No interference in team affairs . Anyone complaining have plenty of other clubs they can join . Let me know when you find one that isn't run like a business

brogan6mo ago

I just wonder why Dan hasn't shown his face at a game. I'm not desperate for him to do so just wonder why he hasn't yet

anthonymanley19566mo ago

Dont think they have done very good and there abcence is poor dont think many everton fans wud know them if they bumped into them

davibush6mo ago

They would know how to spell ' would ' .

chrissinclair677mo ago

Some ridiculous comments regarding TFG. Firstly the small number of private shareholders do NOT fund the club in any way, shape or form. Secondly TFG have professionals in place to run the club. What difference would one man waving to the crowd from the directors box make? People need to look at the big picture and drop this parochial outlook.

ajmiller17th6mo ago

It would show they cared, always at Roma games

juliamount.jm8mo ago

Y Devalued the shares of every other share holder by them creating more. Licence to print money. Value down by 90%, its those shareholders funding the club while these lot take credit and paying a £20 dividend per share. Business men, not sports men, we have become so far detached from what we are. They don't care about the club, the history just business.

barbaramurray19678mo ago

Absolutely disgusting they have not been to any home games yer. His son is always watching roma at home games while he stays at home. And now there buying players for roma and not everton. Why.

ajmiller17th4mo ago

His son lives in Rome so it isn't a problem for him to go to Roma games, it's like supporting his local club FFS!!! And Roma fans hate the Friedkins and their interference in their club, so be careful what you wish for

brogan8mo ago

They've definitely taken the silent ownership stance. I do find it a bit odd when Dan is so present at Roma too especially during this transfer window
