Man Utd's new stadium plans, what we know right now

barryroberts727mo ago

The 'Old Trafford' could stay but downsized in seating for the womens team, i'm sure they would love to play their home games there all the time. If the rumours are true aren't we going to save £200m on getting rid of the tent?

The club is already in financial difficulty with the loan interest. The Glaziers should put the 1 billion dollars they got from INEOUS against the Stadium cost

I think the best thing to do is rebuild but before we rebuild let’s do enough transfers of getting young players that can play for 5years plus let’s get our squad depth, we can now build and take away ownership from glazers because they’re not good for business at all, Get extra defenders give Maguire 2 years extra and sign 2 box to box midfielders

Renovating a stadium would not be financially viable, building a new one is the right option, had the glazers not let it go to rack and ruin then wouldn't be in this position. They'd be able to extend rather than build new, it always comes back to poor ownership

get on with it must start april 2026. refurb not an option as closed areas lose revenue and displace fans ensure max heritage objects are moved over. name parts of ground after legends an/or have ribbon like Ars**al around the stands. have a fan vote to choose the legends

We can let the woman's game playing at the new Old Trafford like the men

I don't like this Old Trafford demolishment business. I stand by the original plan to use OT for Women & Youth games. Must keep the Utd history in tact.

The only way Old Trafford could be used for women's football would be for the women's team to start getting crowds of 50,000. That ain't going to happen!
