In the face of adversity there's only one thing left - hope. He's not playing with confidence, currently, and ultimately the proof is in the eating of the pudding. Results are gut-wrenching, so his ststement sounds rather forlorn.

He's positivity is rather illusionary as they seem to have little respect for the club and/or its supporters. This team lacks quality and is in freefall to humiliation.

I’m not a man United fan but from the outside looking in, they are in big, big trouble. I don’t see any positives. A bunch of overrated, overpaid, bang average players

You need to go to specsavers if you have rated United so highly. To call United sh!te would be a compliment. I have never seen such a sh!tshow from any team, let alone 1 in European competition. Hopefully next season when United are in the bottom half of the Chapionship table the owners will sell-up.

We were the better team for 45 mins vs Chelsea but nobody who can score. Playing without striker is just killing this team, along with defensive errors. No confidence, and too wasteful

At least he shows caracter not like Martinez who had every intention to get a red card. Hope the leque suspends him for at least 4 games because that was a clear asualt. He has clearly a plan to get hi sold in January

He's not wrong. There was more structure and balance to our play in the first half. But then we collapsed. So, so disappointing.

I’d rather hear this than excuses. Keep it moving and staying positive. I admire how they don’t give up despite being down to 10 and 2-0 down
