Bruno Fernandes DROPPED! What do you make of the XI Carrick has chosen? 😳

adnan.riaz1w ago

Best decision that Carrick has made in dropping Bruno. My respect level has gone up 1,000 times for him right now.

gls4manu1w ago

If we do not win this game the "R" word will be front and center of conversation. Let us hope that the defense can avoid conceding a goal in the first 5 minutes.

adnan.riaz1w ago

'R' word? 🤔

stephenjholmes11w ago

This will be another resounding loss. Expect to concede at least 3 today. Michael will be brave when we are 3 down in the 85th minute, and introduce Lacey. I expect a similar result to Como. Unfortunately it will be the away team taking the points.

adnan.riaz1w ago

Fingers crossed that the result actually goes positive for Man United. So much riding on the line right now.

epi2media1w ago

Honestly, I really thought Amorin's time was the lowest any manager can take Utd. But to be underdogs to Bournemouth?

stephenjholmes11w ago

Still no Lacey. That one omission alone shows Michael is clueless. The only reason we managed to score against Como was because Lacey was introduced.

adnan.riaz1w ago

Really wish Carrick would give Lacey a chance. The kid is itching to prove himself and he really deserves his shot at playing regular first-team football.

granitegraham1w ago

Where are the goals coming from ? Mount on the left is crazy when you have the likes of Cunha and Lacey who both offer more in front of goal. Not worried about Bruno, you can't have him and Teilemans in the same team. Most important is getting 3 points today.

adnan.riaz1w ago

Sums up our summer! We needed another striker and Ineos fumbled for us big time.

epi2media1w ago

It will be a shock if we win today!

epi2media1w ago

On point! Its time to ease out these 'know-all' non-performers. I think Cunha should be in for Mount. And, we need leaders on the pitch, not on the mic! If any players fails/sabotages the gameplan - take them out!!!

adnan.riaz1w ago

Agreed. I would have put Cunha in there over Mount. But Bruno being on the bench is spot on from Carrick.

vatsal1w ago

Mount personifies modern Man Utd. Rarely turns up, gives off the impression of working hard, but no end product.

dale.odonnell1w ago

Mount shouldn’t be starting. There must be friction between Carrick and Cunha after Wednesday night. He took him off at HT and there have been reports of a heated exchange. 👀

adnan.riaz1w ago

Cunha has defo been dropped for that reason. It's hard to argue against it.

dancoombs1w ago

If have preferred to see Lacey start over Mount

dale.odonnell1w ago

Big call. Well in, Carrick.

adnan.riaz1w ago

We love to see it.

markmarston1w ago

Has to be the slowest front 4 in Prem history?

adnan.riaz1w ago

It sums up our season. Haha. There's a reason why we're behind so many teams when it comes to running this season. The pain...

vatsal1w ago

He seems intent on recreating what he was as a player. The only problem? None of these come close to his footballing intelligence.

leeclarke05081w ago

Well done Michael Carrick. About time some of these United letdowns got sanctioned for their idle words.

adnan.riaz1w ago

If this is Carrick's last match in charge, at least he's gone out showing that player power should never win over the manager.

vatsal1w ago

I wish he had the guts to do this BEFORE his comments. Now, it's either "Can't survive without Bruno" or "Don't need Bruno", neither of which is true. His form merited a dropping long before this game. And Mount? Dalot? Amass punished for no reason? I don't like it. Nothing "bold" about this, just left with no option.

dancoombs1w ago

Yeah the problem with dropping him now is it becomes about his comments and not about his form

dancoombs1w ago

OK this is big call but based on form alone it is deserved - and his comments after the game Mount was terrible v Como though so I’m not exactly inspired to see him come in

adnan.riaz1w ago

Mount was not a good call, but the Cunha stuff has defo forced that, I reckon. On Bruno, though, no argument against Carrick for doing that. Spot on from him.
