A deflated Hamilton in the media pen after Monza. He thinks his chances of an 8th title are gone, but do you?

I don't, but it's not gonna be easy, especially if his team and teammate don't WAKE UP from the nightmare they and the tifosi have been having lately start helping Lewis avoid their insecurity, uncertainty and lack of effective leadership. In other words, they need to GET WITH THE PROGRAM but it seems they don't een have a Program...smh

It's an awkward one to manage with the drivers. With Ferrari I always come back to execution, it's just not at a title winning level

Lewis will bounce back. The car wasn't that good and you could see the struggle with reduced power. Charles shenanigans at the first corners was completely un warranted. Sebastian Vetel was vocal on leclere's in ability to play the team game. And it's no different with Lewis

Partly a leadership issue if that's where you stand though. Vasseur seems very lenient on it

Ferrari seemed to have stated to get their act together on strategy this season, not needing hold a meeting every time they needed to decide when to change tactics mid race. But now we seem to be seeing them slipping back into their old ways.

I agree - the start was unfortunate but you can’t really rein in either driver so early. But not pitting Hamilton during the VSC cost them. Do you think they left a podium on the table by not pitting Hamilton?
