Who impressed you the most?

Hard to choose just one MOTM from that performance...

George armstrong rohl were all very good thought whole team did well

I thought George and Armstrong were outstanding. I can't see Rohl starting or even on the bench after his short but unimpressive display. All in all it looks promising but we still need a RB and striker.

Thought Barry, George, Armstrong all looked good. And Dibling looked bright when he came in. Hope he can push on now

GOAAAAAAL! ILIMAN NDIAYE SENDS THE KEEPER THE WRONG WAY! [0-2]

I'm enjoying this, it's great to see some of the confident crossfield balls, winning the second tackle and some reassured defensive decisions 👌

Can we play these every week? Nice little confident booster so far

GOAAAAL THEIRNO BARRY GIVES EVERTON THE LEAD!

More on the goal: Great hustling from Barry. He breaks through and despite being tackled by Lewis Hall, he gets back up and gives Everton the lead by firing beyond the Newcastle goalkeeper.

Bit disappointed that an Everton correspondent, pre game, stated that we lost against Hamburg. Always good to get one’s facts correct, I think!! 🤔🔵💙IYKYH

Great burst from his own half that. Good to see TB looking sharp

robi53d ago

Sloppy as usual but not a bad finish from Barry

Is there still time for this man to salvage a career at Everton?

tom.procter53d ago

I would be surprised. Him starting this evening is interesting though 🤔

Some interesting changes from Moyes heading into the friendly in Edinburgh...

tom.procter53d ago

Looking forward to seeing that midfield trio again, seems like it could be what Moyes goes for vs Palace. Can’t say the same about the defence 🥴good to see George starting

Where’s Norgaard? Was hoping to put him in my FPL but maybe not…

Iliman Ndiaye has now rejected interest from Saudi Arabia. But is his future at Everton safe for another season?

tom.procter53d ago

I want to think he won’t leave. But the wording of this from Romano doesn’t fill me with total confidence he won’t push for an Arsenal or a Man United https://x.com/fabrizioromano/status/2087165600011276530?s=46&t=SUQXWfObTgobMps7hsGPVg

robi53d ago

Never thought he was in danger of leaving to be honest. He's still got plenty to offer before a big pay day in Saudi

How do you expect Everton to line up for the game up at Murrayfield?

robi53d ago

Would like to see Norgaard and maybe Johnson. Bit frustrating that we haven't done a bit more business so far

brogan53d ago

Struggle to imagine he’ll start Graham in all honesty. Can you?
