What are your expectations for Amad at Manchester United in 2026/27?
He struggled for goals in 2025/26, will we see the best of Amad finally?

Amad is easily capable of scoring more than 10 goals a season, that should be his target
As bad as Amad has been, I think he’s earned some time to improve. Yes, you would think he’d be better now he’s back in his natural position, but it’s going to take time to adapt after spending so much time learning something different, in the most developmental years of his career, too.

He’s had a poor season but he’s not a bad player. As you mentioned, playing out of position hasn’t helped. He now has extra competition in his favoured role but I’m willing to give him a chance
How Amad could do with a goal today
callumfoy149d ago
Yep, he needed one. Another poor performance from him unfortunately.
He's no better than Antony. He's not on levels required at MU. He should be replaced.

Never wonderful winger always capable of getting you off your seat

That’s a bit extreme, can’t forget how bad Antony was here performance wise compared to Amad.

What is your verdict on Amad's 2025/26 season?
What are the main areas Amad needs to improve? How does he do it?

Probably a B because he was part of our top scorers, but he just need some more clinical finishing and playmaking to be more impactful. GL to Amad!

B. A solid B, but capable of more.

He's been hit and miss this season sure he will improve next season
Manchester United always had at least 4 prolific strikers who can be relied upon to deliver goals. So if looks at the clubs table always, there have been a dearth of goals. And Sir Alex Ferguson always was on the lookout for strikers to replace aging players or if any one of them begin to lose form. Many prolific strikers did not join the club.

Part of this is how modern football has changed. 4 strikers were needed because the 4-4-2 formation dictated two must start. Now most teams have one lone striker... so there is no need for four I do still believe you need three top strikers, or two plus a very strong youth prospect the coach is ready to play, if you are going to compete in all competition

Nani was the best player of that last decades of footballing era

I’m looking forward to see how Amad responds to being named on the bench. His reaction is very important.
callumfoy218d ago
It was a very good cameo from the bench from Amad, today. I think I’d have him starting ahead of Mbeumo against Newcastle.
I vote for Nani. Amad is still yet to achieve what Nani achieved.

Did not rate Nani that highly ,Amad had the potential to be a great
posix.forward144d ago
Apples and Oranges. Nani was frustrating early on, just in different ways.

I think Nani is better in finishing line than Amad

Does Amad need to produce more for Manchester United?
The Ivorian is the clear odd one out right now.

Amad is so extravaganza
freddiejbrad230d ago
Very good player but now needs to push on again and become a great player goes quiet in parts of the game needs to demand the ball more
Amad is looking more and more like a peak Valencia Strong going forward and back If he works on his tackling n cross field long balls he could be better Unlike Valencia Amad has as an eye for goal and god damn is he good with that shot As he gets more time with this new system he's going to start scoring for fun. I'll be shocked if he doesn't get 1/2 soon!

Amad is now worth ___________
Fill in the blank!

You ha e to laugh Amorin has enquired about signing him and according to the article he's valued at £37million 🤣🤣
zeke.wolf42155d ago
£50-60 tops, even acknowledging that he's out of form, he's really not as good as people want him to be. He's scored some banging memorable goals but his output generally is astonishingly low.
