What’s the feeling around Nuno now Hammers fans? Lots wanted him out earlier in the season but has that stance now changed?

kwaylen2w ago

I’m still not convinced on Nuno I’m not sure that he knows what a decent player is and his coaching and team selections baffle me sometimes?

Look, don’t get to carried away with this “New attacking Nuno”..more than once after we were 3up he could be seen on the touch line telling players to slow the game down and not go forward so much, I think it was the players that smelt blood and took it upon themselves to keep going forward. Let’s see if this attacking trend keeps up.

Yeah it’s hard to tell really if this is down to Nuno or our players simply being far better than most of our opposition - Bowen, Taty, Solomon and Piroe are about as good a frontline as you’ll ever see in the Championshio

I rest my case 😉 patience is a virtue! Stick with the process and trust in Nuno

Nuno was always going to cook with West Ham in this division. Just need a bit of patience sometimes.

He’ll get West Ham back up. After that I’m not sure about him.

antonymmartin843w ago

Credit where credit’s due, he has changed his approach over the past few weeks. However, there is a still a long way to go. I’m not a fan of his, but prepared to admit I was wrong if he takes us up

dantowen819512w ago

He doesn’t seem so ready to settle on a 1-0 lead these days, I think maybe the Burnley draw might’ve been a penny dropped moment

matthew.johns3w ago

I think this argument will disperse very quickly, West Ham look by far the most likely to go up this season!

markmarston3w ago

They’re gonna absolute romp the league

will.butcher3w ago

Said it from the start - Nuno gets West Ham up.

eoin3w ago

Nuno is a PL manager, hell get West ham back Up, and has shown he can challenge for Europe with a group he trusts. Keep him

chillout3w ago

He was a Premier League manager with a win rate of 37.5%. He was sacked from Spurs after a few months, losing 5 of his last 7 games. He failed to save West Ham from relegation.

markmarston3w ago

This.

jordan.harris3w ago

Nuno will get West Ham promoted. Reassess next summer once you’re back up, but let him get you there first!

chillout3w ago

Nuno has redeemed himself by being very un-Nuno-like and giving the players the freedom to play and to press forward. As long as he continues to do this, the fans will be off his back. I hope he can continue to resist the temptation to meddle.

The greatest teacher in life is failure… managers never get the chance to implement their learnings from falling short. Glad Nuno got the time and is now putting right some of the errors he made previously… that’s how you become a better manager and evolve
