The good news in the Championship is that things can change fairly quickly if a team goes on a run - especially as now 6 teams will be in the end of season play-offs. The Wolves result was really positive, but I can’t help but think that upcoming games against Derby, Wrexham and Millwall will give fans a proper indication of what to expect this season.

WHU, with the quality they have, will certainly qualify for promotion at seasons end, despite, not because of, the manager. Tactically poor and no man management skills.

I’m still confident that he will get West Ham up this year tbf. Too many with good PL records or promotion experience there

A lot of teams have recovered from extremely slow starts to battle for promotion. Just need signs of progress because I think Nuno’s biggest challenge will be establishing this squad back at the highest level next year

I doubt he will be there next year!

With so much change going on at West Ham, and all three relegated teams for that matter, the slow start is understandable. Ipswich last season were languishing in the bottom half for the first portion of the season and they went up automatically. So I think we will now see West Ham start to motor on. Patience is needed

Be absolutely fine. Morato is an outrageous signing for the Hammers he'll become a cult hero in no time. No way that team doesn't finish top two. When it's Saturday, Tuesday in the cold winter months the cream will rise to the top.

You reckon he’ll be that good? I know the Forest fans were a bit split on him at times

Make or break time for Nuno. If he doesn't win two of the next three, I reckon he'll be gone

I’m not convinced by them, but they’ll have enough to make playoffs on quality alone. If they find some form it’s automatics

Momentum is everything in the Championship. If West Ham win their next few games, it could be tough to stop them…

That’s it, win the next two and they’re right back up there. Just don’t see a world where they don’t go up this season

They have the talent to win any game, with the individuals Nuno has! It’s just whether his tactics make West Ham worse than the sum of their parts

I’ve always said it. The first 10 games in the championship are basically a write off, especially for newly relegated teams. West Ham will hit their stride and walk the league in the coming months

It is interesting to see how both West Ham and Wrexham had slow starts, and one win puts them back in the mix. I still think both clubs will change their manager this season.
