Who is the most influential player in Everton’s history and why ? Dixie Dean, Ball, Kendall, Harvey, Labone, Radcliffe, Southall, Baines must be contenders. Ferguson and Cahill outside bets ?

Howard Kendall for everything he did for Everton, easy for me 💙

Dixie Dean probably, but in my lifetime Pickford, without whom Everton likely wouldn’t be a Premier League club right now

Nobody saying 40 grand Seamus Coleman?

Yeah defo up there!

Alan Ball

Why Alan Ball ?

Yes - second to Dixie in terms of goals, I think.

Graeme Sharpe in there surely

In the modern era, you are probably correct - but all time, he probably ranks 15-25.

I don’t think he’s even that high really

Romelu Lukaku instantly springs to mind in recent history. Incredible striker during his time at Everton. Got into Europe with his goals
