How are you feeling about Tyler Dibling's situation at Everton right now? 👀
Even Hayden Hackney is ahead of him at RW! 🤯

The back room team speak highly of dibling.. .. must have seen the potential in him prior to signing him.. he's a young lad.. similar to when barkley went.. bigger club.. guess he just froze.. yes we all hope he fits the hype n price..

I watched Dibling in pre-season and he honestly didn't impress me at all. I still can't see what he has that convinced the powers-that-be in the club to pony £40m. I can only assume that he hasn't impressed DM in training either, otherwise he would surely have been given minutes to show exactly what he can do.
robi2w ago
Exactly this. Everyone is banging on about Moyes being stubborn but Dibling clearly isn't showing enough. Considering we have about three players I'm pretty sure Moyes would rather have the option of giving him minutes. Having said that though I'd be amazed if he didn't start tomorrow

Hoping he picks Wolves apart on Wednesday 🙏

He hasnt had many minutes but the ones hes had didnt show a thing.shud cut there losses and get rid even if they loose money better for club and player

Like most other comments on here, the lad has to have a run of games saying he’s only 20 is not the lad’s fault Moyes for some reason doesn’t like young players ok Rooney is the exception look at Brighton yesterday a couple of under 21’s in the team and are playing brilliantly Moyes has got to give him a chance and play at least confidence will come I’m sure

Not sure I quite buy the "Moyes doesn't like young players" thing. Rooney is the obvs. We have Armstrong playing atm at 19. He played Barkley at 17. Tyrique George is only 20. He played Baxter ar 16. Vaughan at 16. Bidwell at 16. It's not an age thing imo. I just think Dibling is not doing enough 🤷♂️

The fact that Armstrong is now a regular gives me hope that Moyes will eventually turn to him. But the Hackney sub against Spurs felt quite telling. Seems Dibling may have to wait for injuries and suspensions for a proper chance

I like Tyler Dibling and feel he has been treated badly by Moyes, his confidence must be at a very low ebb, the lad is so talented, but left to stagnate on the bench when he should be involved when things are not working on the pitch. Playing regularly, or being involved regularly would boost his confidence !

Spot on mate

I’m feeling confused frankly. Moyes talked up his training improvements the other day and still doesn’t play him in the very next game where he might have made an impact. Hoping the small squad will mean his chance comes soon but zero PL minutes so far is worrying

I didn't rate him as much, and didn't get the hype. But he can't be so bad that he shouldn't even come off the bench time and time again! You are only making matters worse because he will just get more and more rusty by not playing!

Great lad with a great future "But" part of his make up is a lack of self confidence and it takes him time to gain that confidence especially when it comes to stepping up a level... its not his fault and its not Moyes fault its just one of those things where when he's ready he's ready and let's remember the situation we are in we need patience 💙

Good way to look at it… suppose they is no rush is there, he’s only 20
robi3w ago
He's not doing enough. When he has had chances (granted few and far between) he has looked slow, sloppy and ineffective. Moyes sees him every day in training and obvs isn't seeing enough. He clearly must have something about him but seems very quiet and possibly struggling with the step up and the expectation and added scrutiny.

I watched this lad at Southampton when he was breaking through and then in the Premier League - trust me he is a special talent and is being badly mismanaged at Everton. He willl flourish elsewhere I’m so sure of it. Accept your point that he hasn’t took his limited opportunities… but he needs a run of games to get into a rythmn and he’s not had that at all
markmarston3w ago
Tyler Dibling has one had minute of Premier League football since January - yes you read that right. It’s absolutely staggering. What chance does he have? How can he develop & prove his worth? Why spend £40m on a player just to leave him in the cold? Why not send him out on loan? The treatment of Dibling has been awful.
daviescallum423w ago
Like we can afford to just waste £40m as well. Laughable business

What a strange situation this is! Looked really good before moving to Everton. Would be such a shame if this continues for a few more seasons, I think he needs a move away asap to show what he can do
jonny3w ago
Reminds me of the situation around a certain Wilifred Zaha at United back in the day under Moyes
daviescallum423w ago
Honestly, it’s a mess. How can so many be ahead of him in the pecking order, what’s Moyes’ problem with him. He had a good pre-season too!

One minute of PL football since January… what chance does he have 🙈
