Everton have had plenty of players represent England, but who is the best and why? 👀

In my lifetime it would have to be Lineker, but Gazza played for Everton too, though as it was in the latter stages of his career he never played for England during that time. What about Leighton Baines or Phil Neville even, though he never played for England while at Everton. Yeah, think it's a toss up between Lineker, Picky and Baines during my lifetime

Alan Ball for sure, but Pickford in my lifetime. England’s greatest ever goalkeeper

Pickford genuinely up there at this point.

Surely Lineker deserves a mention?

Was one of England’s top goal scorers, bagged plenty for the Ev too and was successful all over

Pickford in my lifetime… so underrated by the rest as well

It has to be Alan Ball for 66. But in the 80s, Eve had some serious, serious players. Perhaps someone from that era?!

Pickford actually would be up there surely? Hard to look past Dixie Dean based on what everyone says tho?
