In hindsight, do you wish Arsenal had just paid the £117m fee to sign Morgan Rogers?

Don't blame Arsenal for walking away at that fee, but the frustrating thing is we could've got him for ~£100m if we acted quicker. He's definitely scoring against us on Sunday, isn't he?

There might be an argument that Arsenal were naive in thinking that Vinicius Jr or Alvarez were ever realistic targets, and thus baulked at Aston Villa's price tag for Rogers (which in hindsight was a mistake, having not signed a world-class left-winger even before you consider Martinelli's exit).

Yep the Anderson deal changed everything. Hindsight obviously but if they moved quicker they could’ve got him considerably cheaper

Honestly yeah. Fair play to Chelsea for swooping in. Still an extortionate fee but now look at us. Worse off than we were last season
