Love him or hate him, you gotta give Dana White his due - he has taken MMA to a new place financially, continues to operate in his own authentic style and is a relentless innovator. When you think of MMA these days, White comes to mind just as much as some of his top fighters. Although he has his detractors, he clearly has been a man on a mission.

Unfortunately when the boss is the ‘face of the ufc’ it doesn’t bode well. He used to run the promotion how it should be, listening to fans and putting on the fights people want to see, he no longer does that.

He's been in my top 5 favorite people lust for a long time..... He doesn't give a fuck what anyone thinks and he is very generous despite what the media says

He’s done incredible things but personally, I think he just has too much on his plate these days. The UFC brand is the star of the show and he deserves both credit and criticism for that being the case. It also means he does very little promoting because the brand sells itself now

He’s the quintessential promoter, no matter whether anyone like it or not. The poor fighter pay, the strong media stances are all part of the job description. I like it no more than the next guy but cant say he’s not doing his job

Agree to some extent but he’s becoming so unlikeable. The way he treats journalists, fighter pay, Zuffa… Tarnishing his legacy by the day, and the UFC isn’t what it was a few years ago

He’s the face of the sport. He’s made it accessible for the average viewer, which is not something you could say for other sports. I know a lot of people who have switched from boxing to mma because they simply find it far more entertaining

Dana has his flaws like anyone else, but what he has done for MMA in undeniable. Really excited to see what he can do with Zuffa boxing now. If anyone can make boxing exciting again, it's him

The guy is great at his job,, which is promoting the UFC . A lot of people think he's meant to promote the fighters but they are all replaceable in his eyes. Wish he was more gernous with the money. The people who put it all on the line deserve their fair share.
