What this sounds like is a coach with no idea how to change things. Hope has become a strategy. Field more or less the same team and hope. I imagine MC is now fully hoping Baleba can transform the team. Then will be hoping the De Ligt transforms the team and then Sesko. Hope is never a strategy. Hope is what you are left with when strategies fail.
