If Fred Vasseur leaves Ferrari, who would be the best replacement?

It doesn't matter who they have as Team Principal. As long as Ferrari continues to be manipulated by Italian media and the current culture that exists at Ferrari, they will continue to be ineffective!

Yeah when you go through enough TPs without success, you have to realise the issues are deeper

Agreed! And last time it did work it took four working together to break down the fortress - Jean Todt, Michael Schumacher, Ross Brawn, and Rory Byrne

Antonello Coletta would be such an exciting hire. He has experience putting Ferrari back on the top step in WEC, time to see if he can do it in F1 too

They should go all-out to get Andrea Stella. He knows the team already, so they may be receptive to the changes he'd need to make to win titles

Ive heard a rumor that is what is happening & the GP is going to McLaren to be their new team principal.
