Wolves transfers

tom.procter153d ago

Not sure sticking to our guns is the way to go, we're a mess! Huge amounts to do this summer Rog, dread to think what'll happen if we don't prepare well

MaZimbo

darren270d ago

Nope they'll cash in given half the chance..if not he'll go in the summer and if he does the fans should just boycott the club until Fosun go...everything that's wrong with football though...a club gives him his chance and immediately the vultures circle.

tom.procter271d ago

Not even Wolves would be that foolish. There's surely no way he leaves given the contract he signed

marcushollowaywwfc1877272d ago

I'd stay far away. Injury-prone, barely plays.

scott.mason272d ago

I like it. However, one thing that concerns me is that Andre and Joao Gomes should not play together, and do Wolves really need another DM in that case? Would that mean one of them leaves? Not sure to be honest.

tom.procter272d ago

Not sure I'm feeling this! It's been so long since he played regularly and well in the Premier League

liz270d ago

No way should Joao be allowed to leave. The fact we're even talking about it shows how Fosun have poisoned our thinking. Well, not mine. He stays.

tom.procter272d ago

Given all the apparent interest I'd be demanding at least £60m

marcushollowaywwfc1877272d ago

It would take whatever clubs are unwilling to offer. Needs to stay.

Keep him he's a young adama but has more finishing quality. Will be a key player for us.

achodgkinson61270d ago

Play the lad think he's better than we've got .

tom.procter272d ago

I'd love to see him be given a chance, Hoever and Tchatchoua far from convincing

mickruddock272d ago

Yep, I’d take Barkley - good player and home grown too.

scott.mason274d ago

Would not be against it. Premier League proven, knows Edwards, and has done well under him

Rob needs to put a time cap on sales. I notice every window other teams come in late to get a lower price. Not only does that restrict their worth but also purchases. I see Fosun once more restricting purchases.

The way stand laren is playing anyone paying £40 million must be off their rocker. In no way whatsoever is he worth that much. I wouldn't be interested in him at all, if he wasnt already with the wolves.

phillipmaxwell2023273d ago

Would be good if they brought in Michael Owen as a Striker coach and Scott Golbourne as Defensive coach. Tried also Creatine supplement to boost energy, Guarana etc. should help the players during training. Hopefully the manager can turn it around for the club,All the best, Max

stuartbruin45273d ago

If you sell gold and buy tin you will always struggle in the toughest league in the world.

pittsandy1274d ago

Selling to buy is what got us into this mess Our best players go to be replaced by ....

scott.mason275d ago

Dont understand what has gone wrong with Lopez tbh. Looks a real talent, but not given the chance to show it

tvbar354275d ago

Probably means he's gone

tom.procter275d ago

Ultimately probably Cunha, took a bit of time to get going but what a player he was. Dawson and Lemina signings were huge for helping us stay up in 2022/23. Joao Gomes also proved to be fantastic business

hakima3893276d ago

A honourable mention to Joao Gomes, quite underrated

Diago jota but I say kalvin phillips

jpfeeley272d ago

Haaland

mickruddock272d ago

I really wanted us to sign Taty Castellanos from Lazio, but West Ham have nicked him - hope he bombs now 🙈. So - like many others, I would love a dream return for Rueben.

missfitgym271d ago

Looked good along side Craig Dawson but after that just average.

tvbar354275d ago

Keep the past in the past (unless it's Nuno 😉) Rather we look for new players that can improve us.

jahis58012276d ago

No need. Not in good form, nor was he that amazing

mervyngaffney275d ago

The fans - Tired of Fosun shit

tom.procter275d ago

Senseless , he would be good enough for next year in the championship Too many young players don't get enough of a chance , mane is proof of the young talent we have . All loans should have a recall option in my opinion , especially with a small squad like ours

liz278d ago

For me, we shouldn't be selling our best players who are still in contract. Not until the Summer, if at all. To sell our best players mid season is Fosun talking.

tom.procter278d ago

Yup. Makes no sense to agree to loan him out. Either keep, or sell and at least recoup what we paid

marcushollowaywwfc1877278d ago

Another player with no experience in England 🙄

tom.procter278d ago

Do feel this suggests one of our Brazilian boys could be off

jalopity69279d ago

We have become a tin pot club making tin pot signings. £5million is what Chelsea pay for u21 academy players. Fosun out

nigel.moorhouse279d ago

None whatsoever. If he's only valued at £5 million why bother.

scott.mason279d ago

On paper Sam Surridge is the better deal, not quite sure this signing would boost morale among fans, but you never know, sometimes the cheap gems are where the best value is!

tombanks.com279d ago

NO

scott.mason282d ago

I think it would be a shrewd signing by Wolves imo. MLS and Championship are comparable in quality, with maybe the ceiling of player in America being higher.

johndavies17284d ago

We should be telling NOBBS the second word is OFF.
