Victor Osimhen to Tottenham?! If he signs, what else do Spurs need to finish in the top 4? 👀

Spurs won’t pay his wages… never going to happen

will.butcher1mo ago

No chance he goes there - he’s still one of the best 9’s in the world, needs to play in the CL

If they think Tonali’s wages are silly, wait until they see what Osimhen wants - thing is, I could see this new-look Spurs board paying it

jameslloyd14.jl1mo ago

That would be some get. Weird how he’s never got a massive move yet. Got to be more than meets the eye with him

kyle.dimond1mo ago

Quality player but I feel like he’d lose interest. Could be wrong with some of the other players they’re bringing in.

Would be a statement of intent

Osimhen would be a super addition for the Premier League. He would bring Tottenham closer to the top four anyway.

Osimhen isn’t what people think he is. Total mercenary and he’s on absolutely outrageous money in Turkey (but Spurs haven’t been shy about spiking their wage bill so far this summer)

ahambly231mo ago

A new striker isn’t a bad start but I think they need a bit more to get top 4 in today’s prem

charlesjones1mo ago

They still need a whole lot of work to get top four

He seems like another Kolo Muani to me, good in average leagues but can’t do it in the Premier League

shamanth.jayaram1mo ago

He’s definitely better than Solanke, but like De Zerbi, he’s a bit of a loose cannon. Still think he’d be incredible for Spurs for as long as it lasts. Top four should be possible

harveyleonard991mo ago

Can’t see this happening. Tottenham have already spent crazy money. I expect this kind of move will be for next summer when there’s more clarity in Solanke and Richarlison’s roles under RDZ

johnverrall111mo ago

I’m not that convinced by Osimhen. Not sure I love buying players from the Turkish league and dropping them into the Prem. Would rather someone more proven (at least recently) in Europe’s top leagues

lee.connor1mo ago

Still not fully sold on him. Never have been. But he probably improves Tottenham in fairness.

martin.crawford1mo ago

Can’t believe no one in England has taken a chance on him yet. Love him as a player. Could be a sensational signing for De Zerbi

chillout1mo ago

Spurs won’t get him unless they pay £64m. They still face issues in central defense. I can’t see them higher than 6th. And with a new manager.

james.brooke1mo ago

That would be a bomba. Think because he’s at Gala people have forgotten how could he is. Would be a top 3 striker in the league
