The wait for a goal goes on....

markmarston3w ago

Don’t like what De Zerbi did with Tell at the end… save it for the dressing room surely?

kyle.dimond3w ago

I’m really not sure how this improves. Brought in big money signings but still lacking someone that looks capable of turning a game around

tom.procter3w ago

Really poor and I not sure I can see things improving as the pressure cranks up further

matthew.johns3w ago

This is really concerning for Spurs. All of that money spent and no goals in the first four Premier League matches is a crisis! Everyone is talking about it as well so it will put even more pressure on them going into the next league match against Villa, where they really should be winning.

george.patten3w ago

A real problem for them. There is Spursy then there is whatever this is. Wonder how long they give De Zerbi…

leeclarke05083w ago

The thing is when you spend the money Spurs have you can't go four games without a goal. It's pitiful and borderline embarrassing.

dakir.thanveer3w ago

Can't believe how Spurs went all in on De Zerbi just for keeping them up. But this is still very early. Need to give him until Christmas

camerondesc13w ago

Crazy that after spending so much their best striker is still Solanke. Really think spurs could be in trouble this year again.

daviescallum423w ago

Aside from a decent first 15, I thought Spurs were awful. I was gutted we didn’t go for the win, they were so there for the taking

antonymmartin843w ago

Awful. Terrible signings, spent way too much money on bang average players. For example, ask any Newcastle fan about the difference between Tonali and Bruno G. They are so toothless in attack. They won’t go down but reckon they’ll finish 11th-14th

daviescallum423w ago

Hopefully this is the year where they actually go down

will.butcher3w ago

At least the clause for Mudryk is only £75m, that’s cheap by Spurs’ standards!

jonny3w ago

Silver lining🔥And at least he should be back for Christmas!

antonymmartin843w ago

😂😂.what a joke of a signing that was.

chillout3w ago

I don’t think it’s all bad news for Spurs - the stats show they are actually creating chances, just not putting them away. But this start clearly isn’t what fans expected - after 4 matches last season, Spurs were third, having scored 8 goals. Even then they still only just avoided relegation.

shamanth.jayaram3w ago

Not enough chances, though. They've had inferior xG in every single league game they have played this season. You could argue they deserved to lose all four. Can't see RDZ staying there for much longer tbh

jonny3w ago

I don’t think they created a single clear cut chance! Such a poor team with the glaring absence of a proper striker!

peter.lynch3w ago

All that money spent and still not scoring goals… not looking good for spurs is it?!

shamanth.jayaram3w ago

Hilarious to see as an Arsenal fan, but genuinely pathetic. Liverpool, Villa and United coming up next. Can’t see Spurs winning any of those games.

brogan3w ago

We really are pathetic. Dominic Solanke… if i speak biiiig trouble. Got our 90 minutes worth of attacking out the way in the opening 15 mins and shut up shop for the rest of the game

jackgallagher3w ago

Solanke is diabolical, can't do anything well

amirmir3w ago

This is where De Zerbi earns his money. He is either patient with his players and gets through this tough start. Or, as per, sets the place on fire because he can't deal with adveristy.

brogan3w ago

He’s done absolutely nothing to suggest he’s capable of doing anything of note. Incredible how much of a reputation he has for achieving so little in his career

jordan.harris3w ago

The job Ange did is looking better by the day

jonathan.gorrie3w ago

Just so toothless. Has to be a mental thing at this point?
