Absolutely until Joe Gomez is back fit. Neither are a long term solution - can only hope Bradley can keep the injuries at bay.

Ndukwe apparently just has to play one game for Levante then he qualifies for his work permit, I'd bring him back in January as he looked solid pre season, Araujo has to start at the right back position, Conor will be a far better option at right back than Frimpong once he's back from injury, Leoni is back soon and also can play left back.

Agree on Ndukwe, get him back in and free Araujo up for right back. Not sure on Leoni playing left Keith? But you never know, let’s just get him back on the pitch first!

I am once again asking why Liverpool signed a player who has only ever been good at RWB then been left surprised when he can’t defend at all. Either move Frimpong forward or switch to a back-three (probs not enough centre back depth)

Maybe we go with Araujo or Gomez there until Bradley is back? Then Frimpong can be a sub if we need more attacking threat? He could play there in the cups too. Suppose we shouldn't change the whole plan based one game, but definitely stick with Araujo for now

I still think Gomez is our best right-back even when Bradley is fit. I like Conor, but I just don't think he is at the level to be a starter for us. Do wonder if we'll see Araujo one side Gomez the other at one stage, would be interesting

I think he had a good game and was reading play all the time. His positioning was very good and the back four was well in sync. Well done YNWA .Barcola is going to set the EPL on fire

Agree, Leonard. He had one or two moments of panic and it would be nice to stamp that out, do get the feeling he has a really bad mistake in him, but it's nice to see one of our defenders being properly aggressive and committed in the tackle for a change. More of that please!

I think Araujo away from home and at Anfield against better teams and Frimpong at home against weaker sides makes sense. Shouldn't write Frimpong off completely and Gomez can also play a part, but it is clear that we need a new starting right-back and it has to happen in 2027. Bradley is not the answer either

Give Frimpong a break, remember he wasn't in alot of games, due to injuries,last season ? In the his right position he will bounce back, Slott didn't help last season alot of, well most of our players dropped there standards well and truly, but now we are getting better, with right management they'll do well now, so just have faith

Not sure if its a long term solution! They really needed some acquisitions to solidify that side of the pitch. As good as Araujo is he had temperament issues and big games could be a problem if he loses it

Definitely not a long-term solution but I think it at least shows the benefits of having a more natural CB playing wide. Need those options. I'd still be picking him over Frimpong at the moment
