If he stays fit, I would say Lavia. He is looking more like Kone in his play so far, having the defensive strength, passing play, and adding a growing attacking threat to his game. Stay well, continue as he has started, and come the end of the season he seem like one hell of a bargain.

My first choice would be Lavia closely followed by Reece. Tough call because you want our captain on the pitch. With Barco you also have a very promising and capable cover

Chelsea will manage just fine without Enzo Fenandes.I think we as supporters will be pleasantly surprised. I think him and Maresca were planning this for a very long time. Had he stayed he most probably could have caused a bad atmosphere in the dressing room. That could have been partly to blame for last season's poor performance.

Lavia and James have fitness issues, while the carrot headed world cup benchwarmer who showed his level is equal to the team we just played two leagues below, that leaves Hendo. Hendo will carry not just the ball but the team too ... hope his arm heals quickly. Shame we never got N'golo on a free

Definitely Reece James. Obviously he may need to fill in at RCB or RWB at times (I’m assuming Alonso is sticking to this 3-4-3), but he is unironically one of the best midfielders in the league

While he's fit, I'm going with Lavia. Only thing is, I'm not sure where that would leave James. He has to play, but I don't know if he can hack RWB with his hamstrings, while Acheampong and Fofana have played well at RCB.
