Valentin Barco impressed tonight, but do Chelsea still need a new midfielder this summer? And if so, who?

LOOK CLOSELY AT BARCO AND YOU SEE AGIFTED, VISIONARY PLAYER WITH THAT STOUTHEARTED MIEN THAT ARGENTINE PLAYERS HAVE... HE'S VERY UNDERSTATED BUT NOT FOR LONG...

Give him (Barca) the playing time given to Enzo I bet you he will be better I saw a new Fàbregas (4) in him

Emi Martinez, God has given Chelsea is my joy, now we are going to compete for every trophy. Mark my word in Jesus name. Amen.

Barco was tenacious and creative, excellent debut,

Barco is a great player to make it happen

No regardless of whether Enzo goes. Our young players are talented but need minutes on the field to develop. They dont get that by being simply a squad member. Give Barco, Essugo, Latvia time on the pitch.

He did look pretty solid and got a lot of the ball. Processed it quickly.

I like the stories I have read that said that we are still interested in Lamine Camara. He is an excellent player, and I can see he and Barco working brilliantly together in the middle.

thought he did very well on debut ,was only Luton but still showed great promise . Lets see if we keep him or loan out

I'm glad you thought Barco was good, listening on the radio he seemed to be involved with so much of the game and considering this is his first real match in the UK I think he did well

frankkeller200011mo ago

Good player am sure he will fit in very well into Alonso game system

joelasinguza3781mo ago

Perfect from him on a debut, I have hope more outstanding.

Yes, impressed with him tonight, as I was with the team selection and the substitutions. Also am I right in thinking 1 yellow card in 180 minutes of football

philchristie19551mo ago

Must admit was impressed with Barco tonight. Obviously not top opposition but thought he had a tidy game doing exactly what he had to on his debut
