I believe it's by rotating his formation with 3:4:3/3:4:2:1 and 4:2:3:1 but must be using each player in his best/normal position(s) often

Focus on changing the mindset. Estevao part of a business model vs Estavao part of the team. At this point neither does justice to him as a player, coming in for 10/15 minutes or benching him add to his value, mentality and physicality. Rotation of key players might not be a bad thing to find the right combination.

Give him opportunity to play with the best. Play him among the first eleven. Then u can judge him. Alonso need to trust him. He's greatness is more than anybody in that team. Do u think if Cole Palmer was also play in that starting eleven for Leeds game. He won't also be sub off.

There is no doubt he is a dangerous attacking player, however, every other aspect of his game is not to EPL standard so I agree with Alonso in limiting his time on the pitch until he takes on board what is required

He must be included more Estevao, he is a great talent, but if not given more game time he will certainly leave for other clubs if he doesn’t get that.He is very young but definitely a gifted player.Chelsea cannot afford to lose someone with his capabilities at all.Please Alonso include him in the team regularly for all our sakes.Anne-Marie Brown.

I’m not sure this is an issue at all. I’m sure he will start vs Leeds on Wednesday and 1 of the front 3 is bound to get injured at some point. He will start plenty of games

Biggest issue for Chelsea is being able to get the ball and maintain it… I know possession isn’t the be all and end all… but their data doesn’t look encouraging

I think it's a non-issue right now as the season has just started. This should be more of a topic towards the winter if he still isn't playing much. A lot can and will happen in the coming months.
