De Gea was part of the United team who finished second in 2012 and 2018...

Don't think they'll go to United or any team. As much as City deserve to be punished, getting those stripped off titles don't add to the legacy points of these teams or players.

I can’t see titles officially being handed to other clubs. Although I do think City will be stripped of their achievements. But trying to crown another winner does get a bit murky. For example, you’d have to look at who City took points from in each season etc

I don’t blame him but it would be terrible for the Premier League if we start rewriting history. Keep the champions the same and ruin Man City’s future. That’s the solution IMO

I don’t think any of this is going to happen. A more realistic punishment is a huge points deduction and fine. What’s done is done - you can’t rewrite history.

You can certainly void the titles. It has happened before in Italy. As I’ve stated I don’t care for them being given to United etc, but they can be stripped from City

Stripping City of their silverware sounds great to me but why should the manager, coaches and players be punished if they knew nothing. That means they played better & won everything on merit. If it can be shown any of them did know then yeah, strip silverware and add to financial and points loss & their relegation

Maybe but the only way they got so many great players is by cheating. They never would had all those players. Look alone what they bought this season

I think they should be stripped of their titles but I don’t think anyone else should be awarded them in their place. As for the whole relegation thing, it’s nice but the Premier League know Man City make them lots of money every year. They will make it hard for them but not impossible to survive

Absolutely! It’s easy as fans to say ‘what’s the point now’, but these players have worked their arses off and should get what they deserve! DDG is also one of the best gk’s the league has seen, another title only reinforces that
