At what point do you serious question Carrick’s credentials? Solskjaer all over again.

The only Carrick/Solskjaer comparisons that exist is that they both players for the club and managed the team. It stops there IMO. Two coaches with a different approach and personality as far as I can see.

There is another comparison. They both 'only' got the role as they were former players. Neither had the CV to support getting the role. If they had been former Hull players or former Arsenal players with same experience, they would never have been interviewed.

They’ve been questioned a while back. Most fans weren’t happy when he replaced Amorim either but he managed to get the results via a new manager bounce. Now is his real test and he’s failing so far

Unbelievable they’ve fallen for the caretaker again. They keep trying to make a big swing to find their Arteta but there’s zero consistency to their approach. Because they’re United they think they have to get back to the top ASAP and skip the steps everyone else made to get to title challenging. It’s a new world

The questions are already being led from the outside. United fans have more faith - but after last night it is beginning to turn. As I have previously stated, must beat Fulham and Spurs. Carrick is also not helped by his coaching staff. Appetite for change - again - is not high, but if needs must, we will

A very thin line between belief and hope. I think most are into the 'hope' stage due to having seen this so many times previously. Blind belief without basis, generally only works in religions.

No danger in not beating Fulham I don’t think. Spurs you never know - they have to turn up at some point, surely?

Ohh long ago, it will be a repeat situation again at Old Trafford. Fans will want him gone before the year is out 👋
