Leeds United transfers

philpatterson245453d ago

here we go again. We get a decent player who improves the whole team has years left on his contract and everyone wants to sell. NO to 30 no to 40 keep him

will.butcher101d ago

£30m is more than £20m profit in FFP terms btw

johnbosano101d ago

At least 40 million take it or leave it

Proper statement signing. Tbh, it’s a backwards step on paper so that’s indication of where the club are planning to reach. The project must be really exciting. They’ll need to spend some serious money tho to avoid relegation again

He also dropped of massively towards the end, think he's a purple patch player who will now demand crazy wages

I like Wilson, but I’m not sure if his stats last season are really sustainable. Most of his goals were genuine wondergoals

josephjpollard22103d ago

Didn't look anything special in playoffs. I don't think he is better than Tanaka or Longstaff. Not sure why we are bothering, unless those 2 are being moved on.

Charles is a baller 🔥 goalscoring midfielder who would easily become as popular as Dallas was

dantowen81951103d ago

Charles could be top quality. He can carry the ball long distances, which differentiates him a bit from Leeds’ current midfielders

mlclmrichardson195673d ago

Leeds are always two steps behind, transfer situations is of there own doing! 🙈

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

7-10 could be a risk?

claycock293108d ago

with the rumours coming from chelsea I think our chances of signing this man rate about one in ten, when will leeds transfer team llearn to keep their mouths shut regarding players we are interested in, we just seem to continue to pave the way for other teams it gets so stressful for the fans

pwhittingham713109d ago

Any strengthening will be good, but not at the expense of Joe rodon !!!👎

dantowen81951118d ago

I’d really, really like him. Although Okafor doing so well on the left raises the question of whether he’s actually needed

jordan.harris119d ago

We need more difference makers if we want to make a bit more progress. So this would be decent

will.butcher108d ago

We thought the same about DCL last season and look how he did…

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

No ty!

james.brooke121d ago

This isn’t 2018, lads

mullenbrianjohn108d ago

He did us proud last season a think he should get a new contract

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

Keep but get a new nos 1

garethhowells199117d ago

Give him one, he proved he can still do it

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

£7m +

garethhowells199117d ago

Got to be £10m as he scored plenty last season and he is now a Prem player.

felipefdrosario123d ago

Between £10-12 million plus bonuses of £3-5 million now that Hull City is a Premier League club

pwhittingham713108d ago

Goalkeeper ( sorry,Karl).my opinion,we have enough midfielders, one or two extra strikers 🤞 Biggest worry. Any players we have approached, everyone seems to know about!!!! Do deal then let media know !!!!

hallian7108d ago

A top playmaker...

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

Nos 10 and a Gk

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

£15m +

steve_rockin136d ago

Everton was offering double that, so why would we accept 10m now? At 10m I'd rather keep him around, he's a great impact sub just need to find a way to utilise him more in this new formation but he gives the option.

gmawson28136d ago

I think he is worth more than £10 million more like £20 to £25 million. And i think farke should give him the chance to prove himself

briansmith.wlodge45d ago

No way

pollardd5746d ago

No say Gufmundsdon to Chelesa or anywhete else!

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

Agree £20m max

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

£10m he has gone backwards big risk for anymore!

james.brooke164d ago

Would be an amazing signing for £20-25m

mlclmrichardson1956108d ago

Need to command in the air?

dantowen81951130d ago

Like him. Left footed, can play in defence and midfield. Would like Santi Bueno from Wolves too

will.butcher152d ago

Seriously good player

simontruman2428172d ago

Cassette does sound like he could be a very good addition to the club if he can help us compete against the so called bigger clubs of the division.we can beat any team in this league with the right players on the pitch as we already shown a couple of them already this season.we need to be getting a decent keeper to fill the no1 spot as well.

morecroftguy172d ago

rodrigo mora, martin baturina, nico paz, kees smit, archie gray., djaoui cisse, leo scienza. 2/3 from 7
