For sure something needs to be done to protect the riders’ health and safety. Good decision from Marquez and Gresini to miss the remainder of this weekend!

For sure, but even if there was to be some sort of changes made to the injury return protocol, would it even be respected? MotoGP showed a clear disregard of their concussion rules with Martin in Barcelona.

It should definitely be considered. But if this was Marc and not Alex everyone would be saying he's a alien, he's not human and so on.

It's tricky, because they do get checked by medical staff, but some of the return timelines make me wince. Feel like the degree of risk is too high overall

MotoGP riders will push their bodies to limits that few other athletes will when it comes to injuries, and they have to live with the consequences whenever they choose to return sooner than medically advised to by their doctors.
