Make the pitches more challenging and the boundaries longer. The best matches are the low scoring ones where there is a real contest between bat and ball. Too many matches are just a sixfest with ridiculously short boundaries.

The Hundred would be good if young, exciting players actually got a chance. Nowadays it’s full of overseas, leaving exciting talent to just and watch from the bench for the whole tournament

Always prefer test cricket, but can’t deny the audience the Hundred has brought to the men’s and women’s game. Think people are quick to criticise but for me, seeing the big names playing is always a positive

Of course he would say that. He doesn’t play Test cricket. The Hundred has already ruined the English cricket summer and the sooner it’s gone the better

Given that they add The Hundred stats to your T20 career stats. I think they should also add it to your Test career stats. It makes total sense, and I even think the Americans will get on board with it.

If I’m being brutally honest they should bin the men’s format. It’s done absolute wonders for the women’s game and will continue to grow but it’s having a knock-on effect. Players are playing too much, attendances are down everywhere and performances at international level in the main three formats are not where they should be

Honestly it needs to be connected to the county matches in some way and not a stand alone series! They’re exhausting the players with such an intense schedule!
