England win the first ODI of the series against Sri Lanka. What are the key takeaways from today's result at Chester-le-Street?

Getting fed up of the gulf between the top few sides and the rest tbh

I was going to say this. Are Sri Lanka usually this rubbish?

Will Jacks really now progressing, which is great to see. But another walk for England. Sri Lanka out here doing their best Pakistan impression, and just here to get whopped!

I thought Sri Lanka were meant to be a decent side!?
