Which current Coventry City player do you think is most likely to represent the England national team in the future?
The last Coventry City player to represent England was Dion Dublin in 1998.

Rushworth probably, will have to fight with Trafford tho which won’t be easy

Definitely, I think the fight to be England’s number one after Pickford is going to be really interesting

My initial feeling is Carl Rushworth. I think there’s less competition for the goalkeeper spot and could see him being picked as a number three. While only being a loanee at the moment, Stephen Mfuni has also been selected for the under-21’s this international break and so could be a future England senior player too!

Rushworth was the name that came to mind immediately. Think when Pickford retires there will be a bit of a free for all for that spot. Have to admit I haven’t been overly impressed with him in the Prem so far though…
