Has the international break come at exactly the wrong time for Coventry City?

I don’t think so. Plenty of time to re charge and have a think, then some OK fixtures to return to!

Newcastle Spurs Fulham is a nice run after the int break and they have more time to prepare for them now. Cov probably have fewer international players than those teams too so they’ll be fresher

You'd have loved a game straight after the Forest win but still probably a good chance to take stock.

Might have done. But then I guess you could say there will be a more positive mood around the training ground for 3 weeks

It’s not ideal timing imo. I think had we lost or even drawn to Forest it might have been a good time to regroup and assess what needs to change, but after beating Forest I think the best thing would have been to try and keep it going. I hope the three week break doesn’t suck all the momentum out of the team ahead of the home game against Newcastle!
